We eat, to live
We sleep, to live
We drink, to live
But some of us follow the inverse religiously
Some live to eat,
Some live to sleep,
Some live to drink.
The habits of eating, sleeping and drinking healthy should be instilled into our lives. Eating 6 times a day in morsels, sleeping 7 hours a day and drinking 8 glasses of water a day - the 6,7,8 rule of life.
With roaring competition among students, heavy work load and odd shift hours among adults, old age is probably the time when people lead a content life with a healthy routine. Ironically, old age is the time when body organs call out for a visit to the repair shop.
We all do realize that setting up a routine at an early stage in life is essential. Health is wealth. A fresh morning is a good start for a successful day. Same applies to life.
So a simple mantra to be registered is - " Eat sleep and drink by the 6,7,8 rule of life".
I would like to share my new experiences away from home, my constantly changing thoughts and hope to find it appealing to one and all.

People, Time and Money Management
Success is determined by how well one treats People, Time and Money.
Money is volatile, it is with us today and could vanish tomorrow.
Time is precious, it flies away with a blink of an eye.
People last for a life time.
A network once built, grows with time and is worth a million.
People, Time and Money management (PTM) is essential. Each one of us at some point of life happen to be at a loss of any one of the factors - People, Time and Money.

People, Time and Money management (PTM) is essential. Each one of us at some point of life happen to be at a loss of any one of the factors - People, Time and Money.

The entertainment industry is one such industry which is based on PTM Management. The industry survives on people (actors), time frame, loads of revenue. Sharukh Khan is a superstar today and is one of the best suited example for PTM Management. He meets over 85,000 people every year, works and utilizes 24X7 moments and is a millionaire.
Though we do not meet 85,000 people a year, it is important to treasure and value the little number we get in touch with.
Thus Money is directly proportional to People who grow with Time. When People/ Network stops growing Value gets stagnant with Time. Similarly Money is inversely proportional to enemies who grow with Time which could be true as well.

A coffee a day with your team
Most deals in an organisation occur over a a "peg chat". The boss is usually drunk, and the employee or a new acquaintance takes the opportunity and utilizes the moment to the fullest and finalizes his promotion or an important deal.
However, bonding can be over a cup of coffee. In a multinational organization, coffee breaks are frequent, and a must for most of the employees.
Coffee is refreshing, it allows one to pause thoughts for a while and lets the person enjoy a hot fuming aromatic sensation. It gives a person a "break" and allows him to change to his personality i.e; a shift from an employee to self. Automatically, the change of a role brings, the person to a different level of comfort zone. Each person thinks differently in this comfort zone.
Meeting over a coffee can be beneficial. Teams should be encouraged in an organization to have a cup of coffee a day together and be able to exchange ideas, emotions and reflect on circumstances. The team in this comfort zone discards its hierarchical positions and all are colleagues. The level of perception and reaction quotient, differs from the quotient that existed under the shelter of hierarchy.
Thus important discoveries, innovations and decisions can be made by a team over a cup of coffee a day.
